The Role: Palladin Technologies is expanding its business development team and is seeking dynamic and motivated Salesforce Business Development Representatives (BDR) at both mid-level and senior-level to generate new business opportunities and support the growth of our Salesforce-related products and services. These roles focus on identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Outbound Prospecting
Identify and research potential new clients using various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
Conduct outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and personalized outreach, to engage potential customers and introduce Salesforce-related solutions.
Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Lead Qualification and Sales Support
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and the potential fit for Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with account executives and senior sales teams to strategize on converting qualified leads into long-term customers.
Develop compelling outreach materials and presentations to help engage potential clients.
- CRM Management and Reporting
Manage all sales activities in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, contacts, accounts, and activities.
Report on lead generation metrics, prospecting activities, and pipeline progress to the sales leadership team.
Use data and analytics to improve outreach strategies and optimize lead qualification efforts.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, keeping them engaged with the company’s Salesforce solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, providing relevant information on Salesforce products and services to meet their business needs.
- Market Research and Industry Knowledge
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce products, services, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to potential customers.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities.
- Target Achievement and KPI Management
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation targets, qualified meetings, and opportunities created.
Develop and execute strategies to ensure consistent performance against business development goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales development, ideally with a Salesforce partner or within the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of successfully generating and nurturing high-value leads that result in revenue growth.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ecosystem, with the ability to guide potential clients in understanding Salesforce’s value.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing or mentoring junior BDRs.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
Experience in building strategic relationships with key decision-makers and executives at target accounts.
