Salesforce Innovation Analyst

Position Overview:

Palladin Technologies is expanding its Salesforce capabilities and seeking a talented Salesforce Innovation Analyst. The Salesforce Innovation Analyst plays a crucial role in leveraging the Salesforce platform to drive innovation, improve business processes, and enhance customer engagement. These roles involve working closely with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with strategic objectives.

The Salesforce Innovation Analyst will focus on analyzing business needs, providing recommendations, and implementing Salesforce solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement through Salesforce.
  • Conduct thorough business requirements analysis and translate them into user stories for Salesforce solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Salesforce Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to identify potential innovations.
  • Develop and prototype innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive digital transformation by implementing automation, AI, and other advanced Salesforce technologies, such as Einstein Analytics and the Lightning Platform.

Solution Design and Implementation

  • Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Provide input on the customization and configuration of Salesforce to support innovative business models.
  • Assist in implementing solutions, including configuring workflows, custom objects, and automation tools within Salesforce.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Leverage Salesforce analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.

Training and Documentation

  • Develop training materials and documentation for new Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new tools and features.

Qualifications (3–5+ years)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience working with Salesforce as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role.
  • Experience analyzing business processes and providing Salesforce-based solutions.

Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification required.
  • Salesforce Consultant or Architect certifications are preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with Salesforce customization and automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows).
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Experience in CRM strategy and customer journey mapping. Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
