Salesforce Alliance Manager

Remote - Atlanta, GA

Role:

As a Alliances Manager at Palladin Technologies, you will be responsible for managing and growing our partnership with Salesforce. You will work within a global team, focusing on driving collaboration, developing go-to-market strategies, and enhancing practice revenue growth through the Salesforce channel.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support overall North America Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Salesforce and other technology partners

Work cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, technical competencies, and marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans, ultimately opening up new pipeline opportunities.

Set expectations and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on partner program requirements, and joint business plans including initiated and influenced partner revenue.

Track successes and initiate joint customer stories.

Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent Palladin Technologies at various events.

Understand and manage partner’s deal registration and status evaluation criteria by country.

Drive enablement, success, and events with key channel partner teams

Work with North America Salesforce and Cloud team to present yearly and quarterly plans and results to Palladin Technologies' senior leadership teams and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with partners by region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of sales and/or alliance experience in the cloud space, specifically with Salesforce as a partner.

5+ years overall in enterprise technology and channel space.

Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem.

Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes.

Some travel required.

Understanding of marketing and business development initiatives.

Works well independently and has competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner.

Eager to grow and develop as a business professional.

Flexible, proactive team-player attitude a must.
